Mr Rodger Johnston

NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Appointed effective 7 December 2005 Mr Johnston has a bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and was a member of the CPA Australia from 1976 to 1996. He commenced his career as an insolvency specialist, rising to the level of Senior Management.

Mr Johnston is Chairman and CEO of ASX listed IC2 Global Limited; was a non-executive director of ASX listed mining company Rusina Mining NL; was a non-executive director of ASX listed mining company West Australian Metals Limited and non-executive director of Peoples Merchant Bank Limited which is listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
